Striking new Octavia SportLine launched by SKODA

March 29, 2019driversclub

SKODA has announced the launch of the manufacturer’s new Octavia SportLine model.

This dynamic addition to the company’s range is sure to prove popular with UK buyers.

Striking new look and plenty to get excited about

Offering a sportier, more dramatic design than the standard Octavia, the new SportLine variant features an enhanced equipment package and is available in both hatchback and estate body styles.

The model joins the similarly-badged Karoq, Kodiaq and Superb SportLine ranges, and is available to order now, with the first deliveries expected by the end of April.

It stands out from its standard namesake in a number of important areas, with the exterior benefiting from a gloss black front spoiler, grille, door mirrors and rear diffuser insert to give it a more menacing feel.

Inside, the model features an eight-inch touchscreen display, sport seats and upholstery, black headlining and a Super sport three-spoke leather multifunction steering wheel. In the DGS version, it comes with a paddle gearbox.

Other attractive features include a one-year sign up to the manufacturer’s Infotainment Online service, as well as light and rain sensors as standard.

Prices for the Octavia SportLine will start from £23,870 OTR.

Jess Wort, marketing manager at Drivers Club News, comments: “This latest Octavia is an impressive addition to the manufacturer’s range and is an affordable option for anyone looking for sporty handling and design, but with day-to-day application as well.”
