Summer tour confirmed for new McLaren GT

The new McLaren GT will embark on an exciting tour of Europe in the coming months.

It will visit 18 locations across 11 different countries in the weeks ahead.

A tour to whet the appetite for buyers

Set to enter into full production this autumn, the new McLaren GT will take pride of place at showrooms across the continent, giving visitors the opportunity to get up close and personal with this stunning new vehicle.

The full itinerary is:

  • Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds (June 17th)
  • London, Ascot and Manchester (June 20th)
  • Utrecht (June 25th)
  • New Forest (June 26th)
  • Glasgow and Brussels (June 27th)
  • Hamburg, Frankfurt and Lugano (July 2nd)
  • Munich, Dusseldorf and Milan (July 4th)
  • Zurich, Stuttgart and Barcelona (July 10th)
  • Paris (July 17th)

David Gilbert, managing director for Europe at McLaren Automotive, explained: “The McLaren GT is designed with long-range touring in mind, so a Grand Tour of the European continent is entirely fitting for our exciting new model.”

He added the summer tour will be a “great opportunity to admire the new car’s elegant design”, as well as ensuring potential buyers have a chance to find out more about the entire McLaren range.
